Today:
8am: Transplant patient. Got to scan her 2 native kidneys AND her transplanted kidney. Her donor was her husband! Completely cool!
8:30am: Carotid ultrasound, previous a few years ago was negative. Today, it was positive for >70% stenosis. Ouch. ><
9am: Liver ultrasound. Patients were very worried and upset. Nothing special, though.
10am: No show
11am: Pelvic. Normal! Cute little daughter, though.
11:15am: ER R/O DVT. Very large patient. Very difficult exam. Result was negative.
1pm: Pelvic on very very large outpatient. Exam was likely non-diagnostic. Images were difficult to obtain.
All that’s left is a 2pm outpatient – a 2 year old renal exam. And then five more hours to wait for ER and inpatient cases! Hooray.
