I have Tycho for a sleep over!
I miss this ferret so much. I’ve been too busy to see him for a while (which I know is no excuse) so I brought him home to spend the night with us. He seems to be doing really really well. He’s not having any eating problems, or getting depressed. And we move in 2 weeks, so then I have him for good!
Today, I helped Shannon with her scanning for our first assignment. She did awesome. We got it all finished in about 20 minutes. She kept telling me how much more comfortable she was when I was there to help her, instead of always worrying that she was doing something wrong. I just told her the best way to fix that is not to worry you’re doing something wrong! If it’s wrong, it’s wrong. That’s why we’re at this school: to learn to do it right.
She is such a great person, though. I’m glad I got a chance to meet such neat people. I’d really like to do something nice for her, and I had a good idea while I was driving home tonight. We’ll see how it goes.
Speaking of while I was driving home tonight…while I was driving home tonight, I saw lights flashing behind me, and off to my right. I immediately checked my speed, and thought, “I’m not speeding!” But my heart started pounding, and I was about to change lanes to pull over. I shoulder-checked to change lanes, and noticed a car in my blind spot…HA! He wasn’t stopping me! I was so glad. I haven’t been stopped by the cops yet. I’d like to keep it that way.
